McKonly & Asbury Named a Best Accounting Firm to Work for in 2008

HARRISBURG, PA –Being named a Best Place to Work in PA for half a decade is a tough act to follow.  After five years on the list of best medium-sized companies to work for in Pennsylvania, we decided to try our hand at national recognition.  This week, McKonly & Asbury has been named one of the Best Accounting Firms to to Work For in the U.S. by Best Companies Group and Accounting Today - a leading industry publication.  The honor, judged and bestowed by the Best Companies Group, requires innovative approaches to managing the workplace, and follows a similar scoring system to the Pennsylvania list.

With over 75% of the scoring for this award coming from a direct survey of all employees, accounting firms who achieve this honor must hold their employees as their most important asset.  McKonly & Asbury has participated in the Pennsylvania version of this awards program since 2003 and each year was named one of the Best Places to Work in PA in the medium sized company category.  In this inaugural year for the Accounting firm, specific national list, we are honored to be selected.
